ST. ANN VOLUNTEER COMMITTEE SIGN UP UPDATE

Greetings, St. Ann School families! We hope you are having a fabulous summer. We still have several glorious weeks of summer left, but want to be able to take care of a few pieces of business before we are inundated with “Back-to-school-everything.”

Below is a summary of the committee sign up process and an overview of all of the committees can be found HERE!. As you will see, there are a few new committees to choose from. The Home & School Association heard your input and tried to re-organize the committee structure a bit to allow for some more “bite-sized” volunteer opportunities. We separated a few of the larger committees and created some lower point opportunities for those who serve on a larger committee but need a few additional points. It is an evolving process and the ultimate goal is simply to create a framework in which we can all participate and engage with our kids and our school community. By the end of the day on July 21 you will have access to descriptions of all committees and on July 31 the Sign Up Genius will go “live” for sign ups. Those who ‘pre-registered’ for a committee at the Family Meeting will already be signed up for their committee placement on Sign up genius. Thanks and enjoy your summer!
